Catherine Drabkin, a recipient of MacDowell Colony and VCCA fellowships, has been represented by Kraushaar Galleries, New York since 1994, where she had her seventh solo exhibition When Lilacs Last in the Dooryard Bloom d in October, 2014. Other recent solo exhibitions include Harrisburg Area Community College, and Community College of Philadelphia. She has participated in many group exhibitions in such venues as the Delaware Art Museum, the Maison de Bretagne in Paris, and the National Academy of Design in New York. She has taught at institutions such as the Delaware College of Art and Design, Dartmouth College and Point Park University. Her work has been reproduced in many publications, including Villes de Bretagne, Patrimoine et Histoire edited by Les Presses Universitaires de Rennes. She received a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and an MFA from Queens College Cuny.
