Laura Lampton Scott's stories and essays have appeared in Michigan Quarterly Review, Tin House's Open Bar, Notre Dame Review, Okey-Panky, and other publications. She served as the senior associate editor for the oral history collection Lavil: Life, Love, and Death in Port-au-Prince (Voice of Witness/McSweeney's and Verso UK, 2017). Her work has received support from the MacDowell Colony, Mineral School, and most recently, the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts. At KHN, she will be working on a novel.
