Denise Brady
Denise’s work has been exhibited widely—most recently in juried shows at The Alice Sabatini Gallery in Topeka, Kansas; the University of the South Art Gallery, Sewanee, Tennessee; and the Maryland Federation of Art in Baltimore. Bradypress books are held in the library special collections of University College London, University of Delaware, University of Iowa, Brown University, Mandeville Special Collections, University of California-San Diego, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Lincoln.
Since June, Denise has served as executive director of the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts. She is a founding member of the Omaha Printmakers’ Guild at the Hot Shops Art Center and has served as coordinator of the Nebraska Book Arts Center at UNO since its beginning in 1989. She earned an MFA in studio arts in 2004 from UNL and has taught in the University of Nebraska art departments in Omaha and Lincoln.
