Audrey Bauman
Audrey Bauman is a Chinese American writer from Little Rock, Arkansas. A PhD candidate and Steffensen Cannon Fellow at the University of Utah, she also serves as Fiction Editor at Waxwing and Graphic & Arts Editor at Quarterly West. She received her MFA in fiction from Northern Michigan University, where during her final year she served as managing editor for Passages North. Her work has appeared in Puerto del Sol, Hayden's Ferry Review, HAD, CRAFT, and elsewhere. In her fiction, she's interested in exploring worlds that hover between the marvelous and the monstrous, fairy tales, form, and Asian American identities. She is at work on a novel about pearls.
