Lindsey Drager has work published in or forthcoming from Mid-American Review, The Journal, Redivider, Sonora Review, The Pinch, Kenyon Review Online, Gulf Coast, and elsewhere. She was a finalist for the 2012 Lake Forest College/&NOW Madeleine P. Plonsker Emerging Writer's Residency Prize, the 2012-2013 Starcherone Books Prize for Innovative Fiction, and the 2013 Sarabande Books Mary McCarthy Prize in Short Fiction. Having spent a year in Los Angeles working in textbook publishing, she now serves on the masthead of the Los Angeles Review and the Denver Quarterly and lives in Colorado where she is a PhD candidate in Creative Writing at the University of Denver. During her stay in Nebraska City, she will be working on a collection of prose that explores the intersection of museum studies, disability studies, and narrative theory.
