Kenneth Millington
Kenneth Millington is an artist and educator based in New York. His artwork engages with concepts of entropy, artifact and popular culture. He recently completed residencies at Jentel (Wyoming), Tao Hua Tan Artist Residency (Anhui Province, China)
and completed a project in Cuba. His latest public artwork, “Static Fossil”, a billboard resided in the Bronx, NY. His artwork has been exhibited at the Hefei- Kurume Friendship Gallery (China), the CICA Museum (South Korea), the First AIM Biennial at the Bronx
Museum, Wassiac Project (Wassiac NY), EMUSA Gallery (La Paz Bolivia) and the Painting Biennial (Cincinnati, Ohio). He was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship, several Greenshields Grants and an A.I.M Fellowship. He received a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, a MFA from the School of Visual Arts, and studied independently with renowned artist Ricardo Perez Alcala in La Paz, Bolivia. He is an Assistant Professor of Imaging, Representation and Methods at Parsons.
